What I love about yoga most of all is that it pushes you out of your comfort zone. And that it echoes and bounces around all of the rest of your life. Every bad habit is revealed, like a mirror held up to you, and stays revealed until you first love that habit as part of your beautiful being, and then you move in on it, make adjustments to your life, give up and take up things, let go, let go, endlessly endlessly let go.
It has to be “real yoga”. You know what I mean by that. Exercise yoga won’t do it. Find something that has experience and tradition behind it.
