It is definitely Spring!

There comes a time when all the senses of Lady Spring come together – the scent of the blossoms, the tint of the sky, the temperature of the weather, the general ambiance, the spirit of the people, the colour of the light, the length of the days, the songs of the birds, the bursting of the new leaves. And when they all align, only then is it Spring. It cannot happen before, no matter the date. And dear friends, it is now Spring in Adelaide!

On those weekends where time disappears and I don’t find quite enough time to organise for the upcoming week. I predict that it will be a chaotic week food-wise, and so it is. Eating out more than I usually do, it is a break from the kitchen.

But today I made a quick snack of Pudla filled with spring onions and a delish chutney sent to me by a friend. The world is right again.
